Romania, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/13955/2018, EUID:
ROONRC.J40/13955/2018, unique registration code 8601391, as the absorbing company,

informs the interested persons about the publication of the merger by absorption of
STELLA PACK S.R.L., a limited liability company, registered and operating in accordance
with the Romanian laws, with registered office in Brasov, Bujorului str., nr. 49A, office no.
19, county, Brasov, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J08/827/2011,
EUID: ROONRC.J08/827/2011, with unique registration code 28484423, as the absorbed
company.

As a result of the merger, the absorbed company STELLA PACK S.R.L. will cease to exist,
being dissolved without going into liquidation and will transfer its entire patrimony together
with its assets and liabilities and all its rights and obligations by legal succession with
universal title to SARANTIS ROMANIA S.A., a company that will continue to exist.
